Air Circuit Breaker

 

LTZW1 universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), suitable for distribution network with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to 690V and below, rated current 400A-6300A, used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, Undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding, and other fault hazards, the circuit breaker has intelligent protection function and has high-precision selective protection, which improves the reliability of power supply. At the same time, it has a standard RS485 communication interface, which can perform four remote functions of “telemetry”, “telecommunication”, “remote control” and “remote adjustment” to meet the requirements of the cluster control center and automation system.

This series of circuit breakers have the characteristics of a compact structure, high breaking capacity, and no arcing distance.

The circuit breaker complies with GB14048.2 “Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment low-voltage circuit breaker” and IEC60947-2 “Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment circuit breaker” and other standards.

Brief introduction of circuit breaker structure

 

●Fixed circuit breaker is mainly composed of a contact system, intelligent controller, manual operating mechanism, electric operating mechanism, and mounting plate.

●The drawer-type circuit breaker is mainly composed of a contact system, an intelligent controller, a manual operating mechanism, an electric operating mechanism, and a drawer seat.

●The circuit breaker is arranged in a three-dimensional form and has the characteristics of a compact structure and small volume. The contact system is enclosed in the insulating base plate, and each phase contact forms a small chamber. The intelligent controller, manual operating mechanism, and electric operating mechanism are arranged in front of it in turn to form independent units, which are convenient for maintenance and repair.

●The drawer-type circuit breaker is composed of a plug-in circuit breaker and a drawer seat, and the plug-in circuit breaker is placed on the inner guide rail of the drawer seat to enter and exit. The drawer-type circuit breaker has three working positions: “connection”, “test”, and “disconnection”. The position change is realized by the rotation of the handle, and the indication of the three positions is displayed by the pointer on the crossbeam of the base of the drawer seat.

●When in the “connect” position, both the primary circuit and the secondary circuit are connected; when in “test” When it is in the “separated” position, the main circuit and the secondary circuit are all disconnected.

●The drawer-type circuit breaker has a mechanical interlock device, the circuit breaker can only be closed in the connection position and the on position, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed in the middle position of connection and test.

 

 

Intelligent release performance

 

●Intelligent release is divided into L type (economic type), M type (standard type), and H type (communication type).

●It has four-stage protection characteristics such as overload long-delay inverse time limit, short-circuits short-delay inverse time limit (and definite time limit), short-circuits instantaneous protection, and asymmetrical grounding (connecting to zero) fault protection;

●Among them, L-type short-circuit short-time delay definite time protection and asymmetrical grounding (connecting to zero) fault protection are optional functions.

●Setting function: adopt code switch and dial switch setting (L type) or digital display and button setting (M, H type), users can set each protection parameter according to their needs to form the required protection characteristics.

 

●Display function: display the working current of the circuit breaker, and display various protection states.

●Self-test function: self-diagnosis of ambient temperature overheating, self-test of CPU, ROM, RAM, and I2C communication inside the microcontroller.

●Fault memory function: memorize the fault current, delay action time, and fault category when tripping is caused by line faults.

●Thermal memory function: memory overload and short circuit caused by circuit or equipment heating degree (power off can be reset).

●Test function: Simulate the fault state on-site to test the tripping or non-tripping of the circuit breaker.

●Additional optional functions: voltmeter function, load monitoring function, various overload alarm signal output functions, MCR on-off, and analog tripping protection functions.

●In addition to all the functions of the M type, the H type intelligent release also has a serial communication interface. A LAN system with a master-slave structure can be formed through the communication interface, with 1-2 computers as the master station, and several intelligent circuit breakers or other communication interface components as slave stations. For the circuit breaker unit, the system can realize the long-distance “four remotes” function.

 

 

Normal working conditions

 

●Ambient air temperature: the upper limit value shall not exceed +40°C, the lower limit value shall not be lower than -5°C, and the average value of 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C;

●Atmospheric conditions: Atmospheric relative humidity at an ambient air temperature of +40°C does not exceed 50%, there can be higher relative humidity at a lower temperature, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity in a wet month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature of the month is +25°C, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.

●Installation location: the altitude shall not exceed 2000m, and the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker shall not exceed 5°.

●Pollution level: level Ⅲ.

●Installation category: Circuit breakers with a rated working voltage of 690V and below, undervoltage releases, and primary coils of power transformers are used in installation category IV; auxiliary circuits and control circuits are installed in category III.
