Molded Case Circuit Breaker

 

LTZM1 series molded case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is one of the new circuit breakers developed by our company with international advanced design and manufacturing technology. It is suitable for infrequent switching and infrequent starting of motors in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated current from 16A to 800A, rated insulation voltage of 800V, and rated operating voltage of 400/690V and below (LTZM1-63 is 400V) 800 without motor protection). The circuit breaker has overload, short circuit, and under voltage protection functions, which can protect the circuit and power supply equipment from damage.

The circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking capacity, short flashover, and anti-vibration. The product has passed the national compulsory product CCC certification and is the ideal product preferred by users.

The circuit breaker can be installed vertically or horizontally installation.

This series of circuit breakers conform to the standard: GB14048. 2-2008/IEC60947-2:2006.

 

 

Note 1: there are four types of N poles in a four-pole circuit breaker

Type A: N poles are not equipped with overcurrent releases, and the poles are always connected, and do not open and close together with the other three poles;

Type B: No overcurrent release is installed on the N pole, and the N pole is opened and closed together with the other three poles (the N pole is closed first and then opened)

Type C: Overcurrent release is installed on the N pole, and the N pole is opened and closed together with the other three poles (the N pole is first closed and then opened); the D type N pole is installed with an overcurrent release, and the N pole is always connected, not connected with the other three poles. The other three poles are separated and combined together.

Note 2: The circuit breaker for power distribution has no code, and the circuit breaker for motor protection is represented by 2.

Note 3: There is no code for direct operation of the handle: P for electric operation; Z for rotary handle operation Note 4: According to the rated limit short-circuit breaking capacity, it is divided into L-standard type. M-higher type, H-highest type.

Operating Conditions and Installation Conditions

 

The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m

Ambient air temperature:

The upper limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed +40C

The lower limit of ambient air temperature is not lower than -5C.

 

Atmospheric conditions

The relative humidity of the air at the installation site does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40C: higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and the monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed +25C. The average maximum relative humidity shall not exceed 90%, and the condensation on the surface of the product due to temperature changes shall be taken into consideration (special measures shall be taken).

 

Installation conditions

The circuit breaker should be installed in a place free from shock, vibration, and rain or snow.

The installation category of the main circuit and undervoltage release of the circuit breaker is 3, and the installation category of other auxiliary circuits and control circuits is 2

The pollution degree is 3.

The circuit breaker should generally be installed vertically, with a maximum inclination of 22.5°
