LTZM1L series leakage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated insulation voltage 800V, rated working voltage 400V, rated current 630A and below, to provide indirect contact protection for fatal electric shock, and also It can be used to prevent the fire hazard caused by the ground fault current caused by the insulation damage of the equipment. It can also be used to protect the line from overload, short circuit and undervoltage, and it can also be used for infrequent switching of the line.

Normal working conditions

Installation site: 2000m above sea level and below; ambient medium temperature is not higher than +40C and not lower than -5; and the 24-hour average value is not more than +35C (except for special orders).

Installation temperature, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40C: there can be a higher relative humidity at a lower temperature, for example, it can reach 90% at 20C. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes; the relative humidity of the humid tropical circuit breaker does not exceed 95% at +25C.

Installation category: The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is 3, the auxiliary circuit and control circuit are not connected to the main circuit, and the installation category is 2.

Main feature

The working power of the leakage protection module of the conventional circuit breaker is sampled as two phases, but this series of circuit breakers are three-phase. If any phase is missing, the leakage protection module of the circuit breaker can still work normally.

The rated residual operating current I△n and the maximum disconnection time can be adjusted on site according to the actual situation.

When the phase voltage drops to 50V, the leakage protection module can still work normally.

With leakage alarm output function.

The external volume is the same as that of the LTZM1L series circuit breakers, and the installation has good interchangeability.

1. Release mode and internal accessories code closing number: “2” indicates electromagnetic (instantaneous) release, “3” indicates thermal-electromagnetic (double) release; the last two digits indicate internal accessories code name.

2. Except that the auxiliary contacts of 220 and 320 specifications in TZM1L-400 and TZM1L-630 are two pairs of contacts (that is, two normally open and two normally closed), the number of auxiliary contacts of other specifications is a pair of contacts (that is, one normally open, normally closed).

 

 

Product Categories

According to the number of poles of the product, it is divided into three poles and four poles. There are four types of neutral poles (N poles) in four-pole circuit breakers:
Type A: The N pole is not equipped with an overcurrent release element, and the N pole is always connected and does not close and open with the other three poles;
Type B: No overcurrent release element is installed on the N pole, and the N pole is closed and opened together with the other three poles.
Type C: The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent release element, and the N pole is closed and opened together with the other three poles;

3. When this series of three-pole circuit breakers are under single-phase load, the phase line is connected to pole A, the neutral line is connected to pole C, and do not connect to pole B.
